Typically, setups take about 30 minutes. However, mirror photo booths can be assembled in just 10 minutes.

The average total production time is under one week, and your product will be delivered approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the order date. If you choose custom colors or case configurations, please allow an additional 2 weeks for production. We will send you regular email confirmations of your orders and updates throughout the manufacturing and shipping process to keep you informed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

MemBooth will confirm the receipt of any damaged product within three days. If we do not receive any notice from you within this timeframe, we will assume your package is intact and will not accept any disputes regarding its condition. 

Please check the packaging of the item as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, be sure to note it when you sign for the package. We take great care in packaging our products, using materials such as bubble wrap, foam peanuts, foam board, and wrapping paper.

If the box arrives damaged, we recommend that you inspect the product thoroughly and take pictures of both the box and the product itself. It is essential to keep the product in its original packaging for inspection. The shipping company will then pick up the product to assess any damage and return it to us.

Our payment terms are as follows: a 30% deposit is required in advance to initiate production. Once production and testing are complete, we will send you a testing video for your approval. 1. In the first 3 months, if you experience any quality issues, we will provide free replacement parts, including free shipping.

2. From months 3 to 12, if there are any quality issues, we will send replacement parts at no cost, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

We have a dedicated after-sales service department specifically for our overseas clients. Once you receive your photo booth, we will create a technical support group on WhatsApp to assist you with setup, operation, and maintenance. Additionally, we offer online services with remote technical support.

Due to the custom nature of our Photo Booth manufacturing and product line, refunds and returns are not available. All sales are final. Electronic components, excluding the computer, are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Custom-designed Windows 10 64-bit computer systems also come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
